I am the Queen of the Crossroad. I have a passion for helping individuals and businesses bloom successfully. I specialize in helping people uncover and develop action plans to support their organizational and individual goals.

I'm a trusted advisor and management consultant with over 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors.

Having worked with executives throughout my career I am able to to understand the tactical challenges facing senior leaders. As a coach I strive to  quickly establish trust and help leaders move away from seeing only organizational limitations and deficiencies and move towards visions complete with possibility and solutions.  With my coaching and support, impediments between the organization or individual, and their goals melt away.

I find the greatest joy when I successfully communicates the opportunities present within challenging situations. I love to help individuals think strategically about how to thrive and bloom within their circumstances,

I have over 20 years of experience as a management consultant in both the private and public sectors. My corporate knowledge and experience allows me to bring technical expertise to managing, people, process and systems.
